Zhejiang Zhiyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise and a "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in environmental and technological innovation. It focuses on comprehensive treatment and services for energy conservation and carbon reduction of industrial three wastes, as well as integrated system solutions for battery dismantling and recycling. Responding to national strategic needs including resource recycling, emission reduction and burden alleviation, and energy saving and consumption reduction, the Company provides customers with one-stop services covering environmental technical services, process design, digital energy-saving upgrading for environmental systems, supply of intelligent environmental equipment, entrusted operation, environmental monitoring and more.

The Company has more than 200 employees, among whom over 60 form an R&D team led by PhDs, with total assets of approximately RMB 600 million. It has built multiple science and innovation platforms, including an overseas academician workstation in environmental engineering, Zhejiang Doctoral Innovation Station, Jiaxing Enterprise Technology Center and Zhejiang Provincial R&D Center. It has also established subsidiaries namely Hongyuan Testing, Chengdu Jingyuan, Shandong Zhiyuan and Jiaxing Zhiyuan, as well as branch offices in Hangzhou and Shaoxing. The Company holds a Grade A qualification for water pollution prevention and control design issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Grade B qualifications for air pollution prevention & control design and solid waste treatment design, Grade 2 qualifications for general municipal construction contracting, professional contracting of environmental protection projects and professional contracting of electromechanical installation projects, alongside a full suite of other design and construction qualifications.

After years of technological R&D and product innovation, the Company has obtained over 230 national patents, including more than 50 invention patents (3 international patents), over 70 software copyrights and more than 20 registered trademarks. A number of its products have been awarded honors such as "Zhejiang Made Quality Product" and "Zhejiang First Set of Major Technical Equipment". It has passed multiple management system certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO56005 (Innovation and Intellectual Property Management), the Grade III Work Safety Standardization Enterprise Certification, EU CE certification and South Korea KC certification. The Company has led and participated in formulating 3 national standards, 5 industry standards and 10 group standards.

History

2011

In 2011, company was established

The predecessor of the company “Tongxiang Zhiyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd." was established.

In the same year, Zhiyuan Environmental Protection was named the outstanding supplier of the year by Jushi Group.

2012

In 2012, signed the first cross-border project

The company cooperated with Jushi Group to cross the border for the first time and directly hit the Egyptian project.

2013

In 2013, the independent technology won the national patent

The “An exhaust gas desulfurization treatment device” independently developed by the company has officially obtained a national patent.

2014

In 2014, independent technology and technology were selected as key science and technology plan projects

“Ozone-hydroxyl radical dry-wet combination desulfurization and denitration process" was selected as the first batch of key science and technology projects at the municipal level in 2014.

2015

In 2015, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise

In September, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the 2015 “List of High-tech Enterprises” and recognized Zhiyuan Environmental Protection as a national high-tech enterprise.

2016

In 2016, it was integrated into the Sichuan development family and established "Zhiyuan Environment”.

Established a subsidiary: Chengdu Jingyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and officially opened the national market.

The company's performance has achieved leapfrog growth, and its business scale, operating income and profits have all hit new heights.In October, Zhejiang Zhiyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

2017

In 2017, the construction of the equipment manufacturing base started

The construction of the company's headquarters administrative building and intelligent manufacturing workshop was completed.

2020

In 2020, it entered the field of testing and won the “first set” in Zhejiang Province.

Set up a subsidiary: Zhejiang Hongyuan Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out environmental protection monitoring, environmental protection consulting and water environmental pollution prevention and control services, and the company has built a new environmental protection pattern of “equipment + testing”.

The product independently developed by the company, a glass fiber composite pipe dry-body modular waste gas treatment device, was rated as the “first set” product in Zhejiang Province.

2021

In 2021, build a new environmental protection pattern of “equipment manufacturing + design contracting + environmental testing”

The three subsidiaries of equipment and core material manufacturing, engineering design contracting, and environmental testing services merged and reorganized, and the IPO listing plan was officially launched.

2022

In 2022, strategic upgrading and collaborative development

Zhiyuan Environment Hangzhou Branch was established to layout overseas markets, and the Indonesia Division was established in the same year.

In June, the joint-stock reform was completed and investment funds were successfully introduced.

The ceramic fiber filter tube independently developed by the company has been mass-produced and an intelligent production line has been established.

2023

In 2023, it was recognized as a provincial-level enterprise R&D center and a national-level specialized and new “little giant” enterprise.

In July, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of the fifth batch of specialized and special new “little giant” enterprises, and recognized Zhiyuan Environment as a national-level specialized and special new “little giant” enterprise.

In November, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology released the announcement of the list of provincial-level enterprise R&D institutions in 2023. “Zhejiang Zhiyuan High-tech Research and Development Center for Environmental Control and Resource Utilization” was successfully selected into the list of high-tech enterprise research and development centers, and the company's scientific research and innovation capabilities have reached a new level.

2024

Construction of new base

The groundbreaking ceremony of the environmental protection equipment construction project with an annual output of 200,000 high-performance ceramic fiber (catalytic) filter tubes and 100 sets of digital intelligent control systems was successfully held.
